Kyndra McCrary, Owner & Chef of Ooh La La La Catering, cultivated a deep love for cooking via her grandmother as a child. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu (Hollywood), her unique heritage of African, Irish, Panamanian, Jamaican & Native American has created a refined palate developed from a wide variety of

ingredients, recipes, and global travel (18+ countries to date)!

Kyndra's passion for food coupled with her unstoppable determination to be an impactful chef is what has allowed her to work with some of the best chefs in the industry, as well as cook for some of Hollywood's favorites such as Bill Handel from KFI, Halle Berry, Larenz Tate, Kendrick Lamar, YG, Tank, Sela Ward and Dame Dash to name a few. She also worked with 2 James Beard award winning food stylists, styling food for commercials, magazines such as Taste of Home and television networks such as NBC and CBS. 

Chef Kyndra has also has a long standing relationship with companies such as Oaktree Capital, Microsoft, Bing & PWC providing corporate meal services.

Chef Kyndra secured a spot with The Business Connect Program and landed a deal

catering for talent at the 2022 Super-Bowl. She was also a contestant on the popular Food Network show, Chopped. In 2023, Chef Kyndra’s restaurant (Swift Cafe) was also featured in the hit Emmy nominated show, Insecure. 

Kyndra strives to pour into her community by hiring local staff and working pro bono for community events providing healthy and tasty food options in an area considered to be a food desert. Her mission is to unite people through food thus exposing her clients to various cultures and experiences.
