Morning PHYTness - Full Body Interval Style Workout

Need: water, towel, mat, tennis shoes preferred

Experience The PHYT Gym in all its glory with a morning workout designed to kickstart your mind, body, and soul, led by Master Trainer and bikini competitor, HT Physique. HT will lead you through a full body warm up, a 40 minute interval style workout, and then a cool down. You’ll be working out with a beautiful backdrop, to high energy music, and with a group of women all looking to increase their frequency. Expect to discover muscles you never knew you had, while getting all the good HTIPZ (proper form and alignment tips), you can take home to your own workouts. Come to get your sweat on, come to get some laughs, but most importantly, come to channel your feminime frequency. Let’s get PHYT!

Tired of playing the guessing game when it comes to food? Want to know what the perfect diet is for your body? Confused about what's actually healthy? You’re not alone. PHYT Food will be an interactive discussion where we break down popular food myths and unveil the truth behind the calories. This discussion will be led by Master Trainer and bikini competitor HT Physique. HT has a Nutrition Certificate as well as years of experience tracking food and experimenting with different diets in order to discover the truth when it comes to food. She’s done the work so you don’t have to. Whether you are looking to eat better for aesthetic reasons, or simply to feel better for health reasons, PHYT Food is guaranteed to deepen your understanding of food and teach you how to leverage food so you can reach your health and fitness goals twice as fast.

What’s up! My name is Heather. I go by HT for short, HT Physique for a long. That’s how you find me on the book of faces, the Instagram, whatever you wanna call it. I am your PHYT (pronounced ‘fit’) Coach. My mission is to get you to your Health and Fitness goals twice as fast.

How do I do that?

I have over 15 years of experience in dance training, specifically ballet, where the focus is proper form and alignment. That means when you train at The PHYT Gym, your workouts are more targeted, meaning workouts are more efficient and as a result, more effective.

So whether you train with me here, at The PHYT Gym in Los Angeles, or you train with me online at The (virtual) PHYT Gym, not only will you be getting an excellent work out, you’ll be doing so with confidence, knowing you’re doing it right.
