Feminine Frequency Retreats,  in collaboration with  experts, has curated the upcoming spring retreat taking place in Indio, California on March 25-March 27, 2022.

We will meet and connect with women from all walks of life

​We will explore our artisitic skills with the leadership of Reanna while enjoying wine under the stars

We will flow and connect to our bodies with early morning and sunset yoga with Safyra

We will take time to learn about nutrition and empower ourselves with a morning workout led by Heather

We will enjoy time at the pool while listening to the music of Crykit while we enjoy lunch and sip on mimosas and rose'

We will laugh out loud under the desert sky

We will sit together in circle and share and listen from our hearts

We will dive deep internally with intentional journaling, meditation and breath work led by Safyra

We will move our bodies learning forms of belly dancing with Safyra and afro-beats dance with Zen

We will enjoy a night of dance and celebration with curated music by Crykit

​We will feel nourished with plant-based food that Zen will create for us
